How the Learning Graph Works

  1. Creating Connections:

    • When a learner enrolls in a course, interacts with an educator, or joins a study group, the Learning Graph records these relationships on-chain.

    • These connections are represented as nodes (individuals or entities) and edges (relationships) within the graph.

  2. Dynamic Updates:

    • The graph evolves as users progress in their educational journeys. For example, completing a course or earning a Soul-Bound Token (SBT) may strengthen connections with an educator or institution.

  3. Integration with Profile DID:

    • The Learning Graph is directly linked to Profile DID, allowing users to showcase their networks, collaborations, and endorsements as part of their digital identity.

  4. Cross-Platform Interoperability:

    • The Learning Graph uses blockchain standards to enable cross-platform connectivity. This ensures that relationships and progress are not confined to a single platform but can be accessed universally within the ecosystem.
